professional committee
The board of directors has five functional committees including international cooperation, smart manufacturing, industrial cooperation, human resources, and SINOMACH, as well as a business information gathering group. The professional committee has one chairman, which is assumed by the executive director. There are 2 or 3 committee members, who are served by directors. There is also a secretary-general, appointed by Hanxiang Company or the Association.
